Time flies; Day 103-128

Sorry for the lack of updates, I guess I've fallen off the face of normal life into some kind of communications black hole/paradise. So I'll try and recount all the amazing things that have happened over the last 26ish days. The weather has progressively got warmer and warmer, we are now hitting low 20's at midday and out on the work site in jeans and long sleeve shirts its getting a bit too warm. Denmark is still an amazing place, the hills are still green green, the forest are swarming with life, spring is here and the people still very friendly. I've picked up a few odd jobs around the place to earn some cash. Usually start the cash jobs around 3 and work till 6 at which point I'm ready to sleep. Pruning vineyards, tying up vines, moving timber, mowing lawns, digging holes and other kinds of general physical labour is the usual fare. All the people that us WWOOFER'S (willing workers on organic farms) work for are really nice and friendly so it works out wel...

Day 99, 100, 101, 102

There hasn't been much brick laying over the last four days as the rain has been on and off since Tuesday. We managed to spend Monday bricking and progress was slow but hopefully after a few more days things will speed up.  After Monday the rain came on and as we don't work in the rain most of the time was spent doing random jobs. For me that involved two days of whipper snippering which gets monotonous after about 1 hour. I n the afternoons once work is finished we usually do some home maintenance like gardening/weeding/cleaning, and then after that things get social; we have been to a blues gig at someones house, we have visited the tip shop to buy random things, went dragon boat racing (we have a regatta on Saturday) and explored town a bit, so things are a lot more busy than I expected.  This morning (Thursday) the rain is back so I'm not sure what we are going to be doing today. Also its cold.
